Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
BestDeedsOrg is created with the purpose of serving humanity with dignity and is guided by the principle: "Best of The Deeds Is To Serve Humanity."BestDeedsOrg provides a technology platform intended to connect people, communities, campaigners, donors and humanitarian initiatives for lawful charitable, humanitarian and fundraising purposes.
BestDeedsOrg respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how BestDeedsOrg collects, uses, stores, protects and otherwise processes personal information when you use our website, services, fundraising platform, donation services and related features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BestDeedsOrg does not itself generally receive, hold, custody or release campaign funds on behalf of individual campaigners, beneficiaries, groups or organizations. Where the applicable payment arrangement provides that donations are transferred directly to a campaigner's designated account or payment destination, the campaigner or designated recipient is responsible for the receipt, custody, management and use of those funds.
Funds created and administered specifically under the BestDeedsOrg Humanitarian Fund may be subject to different arrangements because such funds are operated directly by or for BestDeedsOrg. Information relating to those funds may therefore be processed and managed by BestDeedsOrg in accordance with the applicable humanitarian-fund arrangements and applicable law.
BestDeedsOrg is a technology platform and does not endorse, authorize or guarantee the truthfulness, legality, legitimacy, purpose, outcome or use of every campaign created by users. Users are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, representations, fundraising activities and use of received funds comply with applicable laws and the BestDeedsOrg Terms of Service and policies.
BestDeedsOrg does not authorize the use of its platform for fraud, deception, unlawful fundraising, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, theft, diversion of donations, impersonation, abuse, exploitation or any other unlawful or harmful activity. BestDeedsOrg may investigate, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, campaigns or access where it reasonably believes that such activity may have occurred.
Because campaign funds may be transferred directly to a campaigner's designated account or payment destination, BestDeedsOrg is not, merely by providing the platform, the recipient, custodian or controller of those campaign funds and does not assume responsibility for a campaigner's subsequent misuse, misappropriation or unlawful expenditure of funds after receipt, except to the extent that applicable law imposes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
By using BestDeedsOrg, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our services.
BestDeedsOrg may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services develop, technology changes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

18. BestDeedsOrg Platform Role, Campaign Funds and Misuse
BestDeedsOrg provides a technology platform intended to facilitate lawful fundraising and humanitarian activities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BestDeedsOrg does not itself receive, hold, custody or release campaign funds to individual campaigners, beneficiaries, groups or organizations.
Where donations are transferred directly to a campaigner's designated bank account or other payment destination, the campaigner or designated recipient is responsible for the funds after receipt, including their lawful custody, accounting, expenditure and distribution.
Accordingly, except where applicable law provides otherwise, BestDeedsOrg should not be regarded merely by virtue of providing the platform as the recipient, custodian, owner, beneficiary or controller of campaign funds transferred directly to a campaigner or designated recipient.
BestDeedsOrg does not authorize, encourage or endorse the misuse of campaign funds. Campaigners and recipients are solely responsible for using funds for the purposes represented to donors and for complying with all applicable legal, tax, financial, charitable and regulatory obligations.
If a campaigner or recipient misuses, misappropriates, diverts or unlawfully spends funds after receiving them, such conduct is not authorized by BestDeedsOrg and may constitute a violation of the user's obligations to BestDeedsOrg and applicable law.

BestDeedsOrg does not represent that the website, fundraising services or any particular feature are available, appropriate or lawful in every country or territory.
Where BestDeedsOrg becomes aware that the operation or availability of a particular service may conflict with applicable local requirements, BestDeedsOrg may, at its discretion and where appropriate, restrict, suspend, modify or disable access to the website or particular services in the affected country or territory.
BestDeedsOrg may discontinue or restrict availability of its website or particular services within a country or territory where applicable law, regulation, governmental direction, licensing requirements, sanctions, operational risk or other legitimate considerations make continued availability impractical, inappropriate or unlawful.
Where a competent governmental, regulatory or judicial authority raises a legitimate legal or regulatory objection concerning the operation of BestDeedsOrg within a particular jurisdiction, BestDeedsOrg may evaluate the matter and, where reasonably appropriate, restrict or discontinue availability in that jurisdiction rather than continuing activities that may conflict with applicable requirements.
BestDeedsOrg intends to cooperate in good faith with lawful and properly authorized governmental, regulatory, judicial and law-enforcement authorities concerning legitimate legal or regulatory concerns. Such cooperation may include restricting access to services, removing content, suspending accounts, preserving information or taking other reasonable measures where legally required or appropriate.

Such disclosure may include account information, identity-verification information, KYC information, campaign information, communications, technical information, transaction records and other information reasonably available to BestDeedsOrg, subject to applicable law and any limitations imposed by law.
If a governmental or regulatory authority determines that BestDeedsOrg or a particular service should not be available within its jurisdiction, BestDeedsOrg may voluntarily restrict or discontinue availability in that jurisdiction where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to prevent a governmental, regulatory or judicial authority from exercising any lawful authority or remedy available to it under applicable law.
BestDeedsOrg reserves the right to challenge unlawful, unauthorized or improper demands through appropriate legal channels where it considers such action necessary.
Users are responsible for determining whether their use of BestDeedsOrg is permitted under the laws applicable to them. Users must not use BestDeedsOrg for activities that are prohibited by applicable law.

BestDeedsOrg may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict campaigns, suspend accounts, restrict access, require additional verification or take other appropriate measures.

1. Donations and Refunds
Donations made to independent campaigns through BestDeedsOrg are transferred directly to the bank account, payment account or other payment destination provided by the campaigner or designated recipient. BestDeedsOrg does not generally receive, hold, custody or control such campaign funds. Accordingly, BestDeedsOrg is not responsible for providing or processing refunds of donations made directly to campaigners. Any refund, reversal, recovery or other resolution concerning such funds remains primarily the responsibility of the campaigner, designated recipient and, where applicable, the relevant bank, payment provider or financial institution.
2. Use or Misuse of Campaign Funds
Because campaign donations are transferred to accounts or payment destinations provided by campaigners, BestDeedsOrg does not control how campaigners receive, manage, spend, distribute or otherwise use those funds. BestDeedsOrg is therefore not responsible for any misuse, improper use, inadequate use, diversion, misappropriation or failure to use campaign funds for the stated purpose. Responsibility for the receipt, management and use of campaign funds remains with the campaigner or designated recipient.
3. Campaigner Verification, Scams and Fraud
BestDeedsOrg may require campaigners to provide identity, KYC, banking, beneficiary and supporting documentation. However, BestDeedsOrg cannot personally verify every campaigner, beneficiary, statement, circumstance or representation submitted to the platform. Campaign review, approval, verification or publication does not constitute a guarantee that a campaigner is completely trustworthy or that a campaign is free from fraud, deception, misrepresentation or other wrongdoing.
BestDeedsOrg is therefore not responsible for scams, scammers, fraudulent campaigns, false representations or losses arising from a campaigner's dishonest, fraudulent or misleading conduct, except to the extent that applicable law imposes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Campaigners remain responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy and lawful conduct of their campaigns and for the receipt, management and use of funds received through their campaigns. Donors should exercise their own judgment and conduct appropriate consideration before making any donation.

BestDeedsOrg may introduce additional privacy notices, consent mechanisms or regional disclosures where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy creates an agreement that prevents a competent governmental, regulatory or judicial authority from exercising powers granted to it by applicable law.
Where the law permits contractual allocation of responsibility, BestDeedsOrg intends this Policy, together with its Terms of Service and other applicable policies, to clearly distinguish the responsibilities of BestDeedsOrg as a technology platform from the responsibilities of campaigners, beneficiaries, organizations, payment providers and other independent parties.
