Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BestDeedsOrg website, platform, services, features and related functionality ("BestDeedsOrg", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using BestDeedsOrg, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
BestDeedsOrg is created to serve humanity with dignity and operates according to the principle:
"Best of Deeds Is To Serve Humanity."
BestDeedsOrg is intended to provide technology and communication tools that may help individuals, groups and organizations create and share fundraising and humanitarian campaigns. BestDeedsOrg does not guarantee that any campaign will receive donations or achieve its fundraising objective.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using BestDeedsOrg, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use BestDeedsOrg for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes.
- You are responsible for the information and material you submit to the platform.
If you are using BestDeedsOrg on behalf of an organization, group, company, charity or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility
You may use BestDeedsOrg only where your use is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
Certain services, including campaign creation, fundraising, KYC verification or receipt of funds, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements.
BestDeedsOrg may restrict particular features, campaigns, transactions or services based on age, location, verification status, legal requirements, risk considerations or other legitimate reasons.
3. BestDeedsOrg's Role
BestDeedsOrg is primarily a technology platform that provides tools for creating, displaying, discovering and administering fundraising and humanitarian campaigns.
Except for funds specifically created and administered under the BestDeedsOrg Humanitarian Fund, BestDeedsOrg does not represent itself as the owner, beneficiary or recipient of funds raised through campaigns created by independent campaigners.
Where the platform's payment architecture permits or requires donors to pay directly into a campaigner's designated bank account or other payment account, the funds are received by the campaigner or designated recipient rather than by BestDeedsOrg.
BestDeedsOrg therefore does not, merely by providing the platform, become the owner or recipient of funds paid directly to an independent campaigner.
4. Campaigner Responsibility
Campaigners are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their campaign information.
- The legitimacy and purpose of their campaign.
- The identity and eligibility of the campaigner and beneficiaries.
- Obtaining any permissions or authorizations required to conduct the campaign.
- The lawful use of funds received.
- Communications with donors and beneficiaries.
- Any promises, representations or commitments made through the campaign.
- Compliance with applicable fundraising, financial, tax, charity, consumer-protection and other laws.
- Keeping their payment-account information accurate and secure.
Campaigners must not create a campaign for another person, group or organization without appropriate authority.
5. Donations and Direct Payments
BestDeedsOrg may provide campaigners with the ability to display payment instructions or payment-account information through which donors may make contributions.
Where a donor makes a payment directly to a campaigner's bank account, payment account or other designated recipient account:
- BestDeedsOrg does not receive those funds.
- BestDeedsOrg does not control those funds.
- BestDeedsOrg does not determine how the campaigner uses those funds.
- BestDeedsOrg cannot guarantee that the campaigner will use the funds for the stated purpose.
- The campaigner remains responsible for the receipt and use of those funds.
A campaign appearing on BestDeedsOrg does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or certification that the campaigner will use donated funds appropriately.
BestDeedsOrg may maintain administrative donation records for platform administration, verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling and other legitimate purposes.
6. Humanitarian Fund
The BestDeedsOrg Humanitarian Fund is different from independent campaign fundraising.
Where BestDeedsOrg itself creates, receives, administers or distributes funds under an official Humanitarian Fund program, those funds may be subject to separate rules, procedures, financial controls and eligibility requirements established by BestDeedsOrg.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as treating an official BestDeedsOrg Humanitarian Fund as an independent third-party campaign.
7. No Responsibility for Misuse of Campaign Funds
Campaigners are responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of money received through their campaigns.
Where funds are paid directly to an independent campaigner's bank account, payment account or designated recipient, BestDeedsOrg is not responsible for the campaigner's subsequent misuse, diversion, misappropriation, unlawful expenditure or failure to use those funds for the stated campaign purpose, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
BestDeedsOrg may nevertheless investigate reported concerns, restrict campaigns, suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, cooperate with lawful authorities or take other measures where appropriate.
8. Campaign Accuracy and Verification
BestDeedsOrg may review campaigns and users for authenticity, safety, compliance and risk.
However, review, verification, approval, publication or continued availability of a campaign does not constitute a guarantee that:
- The campaign is completely accurate.
- The campaigner is completely trustworthy.
- The beneficiary will receive the promised benefit.
- The campaign purpose will be achieved.
- Donations will be used exactly as described.
- The campaign does not contain undiscovered fraud or inaccuracies.
Users should exercise their own judgment before contributing funds or relying on information published through the platform.
9. KYC and Identity Verification
BestDeedsOrg may require campaigners, beneficiaries, organizations or other users to complete identity verification or Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures.
KYC may include verification of:
- Legal identity.
- Government-issued identification.
- Address.
- Date of birth.
- Organizational information.
- Beneficial ownership.
- Bank or payment-account information.
- Other information reasonably necessary for verification and compliance.
Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection, suspension, restriction or termination of access to certain services.
BestDeedsOrg may use qualified third-party verification, compliance, security or financial service providers where appropriate.
10. Banking and Payment Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment-account information.
You must not submit another person's bank or payment information without appropriate authorization.
BestDeedsOrg may verify payment-account ownership or request supporting documentation where reasonably necessary.
BestDeedsOrg is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate payment information supplied by a user, unauthorized access to a user's external financial account, banking-system failures or actions of independent financial institutions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Prohibited Uses
You must not use BestDeedsOrg to:
- Commit fraud or financial deception.
- Misrepresent a fundraising purpose.

BestDeedsOrg may remove or restrict any campaign or account that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or presents a significant risk.
12. Fraud, Abuse and Misrepresentation
You must provide truthful and accurate information.
Providing false identity information, fabricated documents, false beneficiary information, misleading campaign descriptions or fraudulent evidence may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Where appropriate, BestDeedsOrg may preserve evidence and cooperate with financial institutions, payment providers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement agencies.
13. Campaign Content
Campaigners retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights granted to BestDeedsOrg under these Terms.
By submitting campaign content, you grant BestDeedsOrg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain and improve the platform.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and protect the platform.

Campaigners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before publishing another person's photographs, personal information or story.
16. Donations Are Voluntary
Donations are voluntary contributions made by users according to their own judgment.
BestDeedsOrg does not guarantee that a donation will produce any particular outcome.
Once a donation has been made through an external payment method, any refund, reversal, chargeback or recovery may depend on the relevant payment provider, bank, campaigner and applicable law.
17. No Guarantee of Fundraising Success
BestDeedsOrg does not guarantee:
- A campaign will receive donations.
- A campaign will reach its target.
- A campaign will remain available.
- A campaign will receive a particular amount of publicity.

- Any beneficiary will receive a particular benefit.
Fundraising outcomes depend on many factors outside BestDeedsOrg's control.

BestDeedsOrg may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, service or part of the website at any time.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance.
- Security incidents.

- KYC requirements are not satisfied.
- A campaign presents significant risk.
- Information is materially false or misleading.

- A legal or regulatory requirement requires action.
- Security or safety is threatened.
- Continued operation may expose BestDeedsOrg or users to significant harm or legal risk.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, BestDeedsOrg may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
23. Removal of Campaigns and Content
BestDeedsOrg may remove, disable or restrict campaign content when it believes such action is reasonably necessary to:
- Protect users.
- Prevent fraud.
- Protect the public.
- Comply with law.
- Respond to legitimate complaints.

BestDeedsOrg may provide information concerning users, campaigners, beneficiaries, groups, organizations, campaigns, transactions, communications or platform activity to governmental, regulatory, judicial, law-enforcement or other legally authorized agencies where requested through valid legal process or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

25. Territorial Restrictions
BestDeedsOrg is intended to operate as an international technology platform, but laws governing fundraising, charities, financial services, payments, donations, privacy, taxation and other activities differ between countries.
BestDeedsOrg does not guarantee that the platform or every feature is lawful or available in every jurisdiction.
If BestDeedsOrg determines that operating or providing a particular service in a country or territory presents unacceptable legal, regulatory, security or operational risk, BestDeedsOrg may restrict, suspend or discontinue access to that service in that jurisdiction.
Where a government or competent authority determines that BestDeedsOrg should not operate or provide particular services within its jurisdiction, BestDeedsOrg may restrict or discontinue availability in that jurisdiction where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate.
Users are responsible for determining whether their use of BestDeedsOrg is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
26. Principle of Platform Exclusion

BestDeedsOrg may refuse to provide or continue providing platform services where it reasonably determines that continued access would conflict with the platform's purpose, safety, legal obligations or legitimate interests.

Any refund, reversal, recovery or dispute concerning such funds remains the responsibility of the campaigner or designated recipient and, where applicable, the relevant bank, payment provider or financial institution.

BestDeedsOrg is not responsible for any misuse, improper use, inadequate use, diversion, misappropriation, unauthorized expenditure or failure to use campaign funds for the purpose stated by the campaigner, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Such responsibility remains with the campaigner or designated recipient.
3. Campaigner Verification, Scams and Scammers
BestDeedsOrg may review campaigners and request documentation, including identity, KYC, beneficiary, banking and supporting documents. However, BestDeedsOrg cannot personally verify every campaigner or independently confirm every statement, document, circumstance, beneficiary relationship or representation submitted to the platform.
Campaign review, verification, approval or publication does not constitute a guarantee that a campaigner is trustworthy, that all information supplied is accurate, or that a campaign is free from fraud, scams, misrepresentation or other wrongdoing.
